Where are we going?
We go around Iberian peninsula, choosing the most intriguing coastal places of Spain and Portugal.
It includes both Mediterranean and Altantic parts.
This is not only about the mainland, but also the islands: Balearic, las Berlengas, and those numerous near Galician coast of Spain.
The stages are various: some are dedicated more
to the sea and sailing, while others offer more room
for xploring the land.

how the trip works
1. Working Together
When we’re on the boat, we function as a unified team, with many hands and a single purpose. Everyone participates in steering the boat and cooking meals. During long journeys, we take turns and work in shifts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
2. Our Captain
The captain is the key crew member with specific responsibilities. He has legal, material, and moral obligations to ensure the safety of both the crew and the yacht.
Our captain is Michail Michailov. He is intimately familiar with every detail of this yacht, and you can find him on featured on the Islander Magazine here.
3. Our Space
The yacht offers ample space and comfortable accommodations. It features 4 cabins, ensuring that each person has their own designated area. There are also 2 toilets, a galley (kitchen), a dining area, a navigator’s table, and plenty of storage space for our belongings.
Outside, we have a spacious cockpit, a deck to relax on, and a netted area to lounge on while offering a 360 degree view.
4. On Sea & Land
Every journey we embark on is a perfect blend of sea and land adventures. Upon reaching a new port, we typically take the opportunity to explore the town by walking around or even renting a car. This allows us to discover the beauty of the island or perhaps embark on a mountain climbing expedition. The balance between sea and land activities varies for each stage of our trip, and you can find more details in the descriptions.
5. Cost
The cost of the trip covers your reserved spot in the cabin and fresh linens. It also includes the fuel for the dinghy. However, it doesn’t include shared food expenses, diesel fuel, or mooring fees.
During our journey, we prepare our meals onboard the boat and occasionally dine on land. As we sleep, cook, and travel on the boat, any additional expenses typically amount to around 50 euros per day.
The costs for diesel fuel and mooring fees vary depending on the weather conditions, but they generally don’t exceed 100 euros per person per week.
